Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd is a company registered in England with registered number 12473506. Our registered office is at 32 Nursery Green, Loxwood, West Sussex, RH14 OEQ.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
When you submit your order to Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd you are confirming that you are purchasing as a consumer and that you accept the content of our terms and conditions. All orders placed by you are subject to acceptance by Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd and product availability. You may not resell our products on internet marketplaces without our prior permission.
Payment Terms & Retention to Title
Payment is required with order. The Property and Title, both legal and equitable, in any merchandise sold or agreed to be sold by Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd will not pass to the Customer until all sums due to Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd have been paid in full.
Translation
Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd cannot be held liable for errors in translation. These terms and conditions are subject to English law.
Stock Availability / Back Orders
Availability of stock cannot be guaranteed and Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd accepts no liability for consequential loss due to late deliveries from us or our suppliers. Items which are not available at time of order will be placed on back order, unless otherwise stated.
Ordering
Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd accepts no responsibility for orders that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
Promotions, Sale & Clearance
Any items offered at a sale or discounted price are available from the first date of the offer only. No retrospective discounts will be applied.
Prices
All prices are those ruling at date of delivery and are subject to change without notice. Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd endeavours to maintain the pricing set out on its website but these may be subject to change.
Customer Collection
Orders are despatched to the school on the nearest Saturday during term time to the venue as indicated by the customer upon ordering. Items ordered outside of term time will be held until the first day of term. All items received must be checked at the time of receipt. Any orders received incorrectly or with damaged items must be notified at the time of receipt to enable a claim to be made.
Returns
All of our garments should be checked before use, as we do not accept worn clothing back, unless a fault has quickly revealed itself after initial wear. In such isolated cases the garments need to be washed before return.
Returned goods which are not faulty must be unworn and must be returned within 28 days of order.
Credit notes are issued on receipt of returned goods and your account is automatically credited. Refunds to credit/debit cards will not be done automatically. Credit will remain on your account for a period of 2 years at which time the amount will be written off.
Please note that garments which are not regular stock items, will not be accepted back for credit.
Discrepancies
Please note that any discrepancies must be notified in writing within 14 days of receipt.
Conformity of Goods
Every care is taken to ensure that the specification and description of our products are correct at the time of going to print. However, descriptions and specifications of products on our website are not intended to be binding and are only to give a general description of the products. Colour reproduction of the products is a close representation. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the printing process. All our products are intended for children aged 3 years or above.
Data Protection
Any personal information that you provide to us will only be used in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and any implementing national laws.

Intellectual Property
All materials within the website, including photography, images, design, text and graphics are the intellectual property of Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd. The copying of such materials is strictly forbidden.
Product Reviews
Visitors to our social media sites may post reviews and comments so long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses. You may not use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of the content. Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
If you do post content or submit material, and unless we indicate otherwise, you grant Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd a nonexclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. You grant Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd and sub licensees the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if they choose. You represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all of the rights to the content that you post; that the content is accurate; that use of the content you supply does not violate this policy and will not cause injury to any person or entity; and that you will indemnify Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd for all claims resulting from content you supply. Liability
We shall under no circumstances whatever be liable to you, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, for any loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential loss.
We shall not be liable to you in respect of:
(a) any errors and/or omissions contained in our listings on our website and reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice;
(b) any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control; or
(c) any loss or damage you suffer as a result of not using the goods, products or services in line with the manufacturer's recommendations or as a result of using the goods, products or services for any purpose which they were not intended to be used for. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, we disclaim any and all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the products.
Notwithstanding the above, the maximum liability of us to you in respect of all other losses, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise shall, in no circumstances exceed the price of the products purchased.
Nothing in these terms and conditions (whether or not under the heading of Liability) shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or the negligence of our agents, sub-contractors or employees, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Online Shopping
Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd shall not be liable to any person for loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account.
Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd do not accept responsibility for the submission of incorrect orders and you are responsible to check the order before completing the process online. You are able to correct errors or make changes to your order up to the point at which you click Place Order within the Checkout. Once you have submitted your order we are unable to amend, remove or add any further items.
Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are subject to English law. In placing your order you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

No additional warranty for third party products or parts purchased through the site.
It is hereby acknowledged that this agreement cannot and does not augment, modify, or in any way affect any warranty provided by the original product or part manufacturer in connection with any third-party manufactured product or part purchased through this site. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to provide additional warranties solely for such part or products purchased via the site in the future. You shall look to the manufacturer of garments and/or products purchased through the site for any warranty thereon. No agent, employee, or representative of Guildford Theatre School (Merchandise) Ltd has any authority to make any affirmation, representation, or warranty concerning any such products or garments contrary to the foregoing.
